FEW TIPS TO HELP WHEN DRINKING YOUR WATER.
1. Drink your water 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after. Never drink water when eatingbas this will slow down the digestion process.
2. Drink .75 ounces of water per 1 lb of body fat. If you are working out you can drink 1 oz per lb of body fat. Please dont drink more or this could lead to water toxicity and cause man different problems.
3. Drink your water an hour before bed so you don’t have unwanted trips to the bathroom at night.
