Water – 10oz
Pea Protein – 1 Scoop
Whey Protein – 1 Scoop
STEVIA (Organic liquid) -10 drops
12oz Sweet Potato (Trader Joes Organic 3lb bag for $3.63)

Food Scale

First, pour the in water, then add the protein powder in one scoop of each, add the Stevia, and 12oz of cut up sweet potato

Carbohydrates 56%, Fat 7%, Protein 37%
